Our factory is based in the North West, run by a team of fabricators, finishers and assemblers who have been working with shutters for years.
We make everything in house. Materials are made bespoke for your home, cut to the dimensions of your windows, and move through the workshop one stage at a time. Frames are jointed and squared, louvres are tilted and tested. The whole run for a typical order takes a few days.
Components are sourced carefully. Hinges, tilt rods, magnets and the small fixings that hold everything together come from suppliers we've used for years. We don't switch to cheaper parts to save a pound or two on a job. If a hinge fails in five years, that's our problem and our reputation, so we use parts that won't.
Quality checks happen at each stage. A frame doesn't go to the finishing room until it has been measured. A finished panel doesn't go on the van until it has been inspected and matched against the order spec. This end-to-end quality management means we can provide a 10 year warranty on all of our products.
Keeping production local means we can turn jobs around in a week. There's no ship to wait for, no overseas factory closing for a fortnight, no customs delay. When we say seven days, we mean it because the whole operation is within driving distance of every install we do.
