We started One Week Shutters because we got tired of watching customers wait months for shutters that were being shipped in from abroad and marked up at every stage of the journey.
The team behind the company has been working in the shutter industry for over a decade. Between us we have fitted thousands of windows across the North West, trained installers, and spent years figuring out what makes a good shutter and what makes a bad one. That experience now goes into every product that leaves our workshop.
Our shutters are British made. The components we use come from established UK suppliers wherever possible, and the panels themselves are cut, sanded, painted and assembled by our own staff. We employ local people, pay them properly, and keep the work close to home. When you place an order, the person building your shutters is likely living in the same town as you.
Being a smaller manufacturer has its benefits. We're not running a huge production line that needs constant orders to stay afloat, so we can take the time on each job to get it right. If something isn't square or the finish isn't perfect, it goes back. Nothing leaves the factory that we wouldn't be happy to put in our own homes.
We answer the phone when you call. The person quoting your job is the same person you can reach later if you have a question. That's how we like to do business.
